Alex,

You haven't told us who wants or buys your widgets
so that you could be pointed in a direction more
tightly defined than "the Internet."

Fifteen hundred smacks a month is not a big
wad to throw around, but might be gingerly applied
in a mix of online and offline promotion if the market
is easily identified. Also, it helps to know what sales
numbers (value and unit volumes) you are doing today
in order to estimate the deltas that have to be achieved
with each month's budget and the cumulative budget.

Get thee back to the keyboard and give us more
details.
