Looking for Banner Seller And Server

Hello,

I'm debating placing banner ads on one of my sites,
http://www.bainvestor.com (the site reviews business
books--primarily investing and small business)

I was contemplating burstmedia.com as a possible seller
of banners. I'm looking for an organization that will
sell the banners, provide some code I can place on my
pages, and serve up the ads.

Does anyone have experience with burstmedia.com? What
banner seller/server do people on the list recommend
for a moderately small site that doesn't want to mess
with making banner sales?

Also, how seriously do banners devalue a site in the
eyes of viewers? Does traffic tend to drop off when
banners are placed on sites? Thanks for your expertise
and input!
