Re: Customer Complaints Statistics
There are three fantastic sources of Data Online
for research papers:
1. The People who are interested in this topic and
who supply white papers:
CRM companies websites
VOIP firms
Customer Interaction tools
Associations in online e-commerce, DMA etc.
2. The "article oriented" websites, such as
TMC site on CRM and Communications
NUA.com
Internet.com has some customer interaction specific n
ewsletters etc.
Some of these sites will provide lists of vendors that
can satisfy the first category of "people who are
interested in this data"
3. Canadian and US Government sites (Often extensive
global and national data is available)
Please email me a copy of the report when you are done,
I am interested in the topic myself as we create the
"best of business practices" that are used in CRM's and
or general customer service and sales strategies. I have
done a lot of research in this sector as I have worked
with several CRM/ Customer Interaction firms, but I
always like to receive the latest statistics. (NUA
is probably one of your best places to start,
