New IE and cookies

I just downloaded the current version of IE and ---
get this --- the default settings block all cookies
from Doubleclick. It also puts a mean-looking icon in
the bottom browser gui -- a eye with a red sign atop
of it. Looks like the same thing is
happening with adfarm. I've contacted Doubleclick to
find out what type of havoc that will cause with the
reporting. They say it will only effect frequency
caps. They didn't indicate if they were doing anything
to change the IE default setting. Anyone hear anything
on this?

Also, it appears I need to add a "Platform for Privacy
Preferences (P3P)" to my site so IE acknowledges that
my site has a privacy policy. Anyone have any
suggestions as to the easiest way to create the P3P? I
looked at the w3c site, and came away unsure.
