Banner ad campaign software

I'm new to the list and my scan of past messages didn't
seem to yield any similar questions as mine (please
forgive me if it is redundant) --
 
Anyone using software or a script that allows you to
manage banner ad campaigns? We've looked at DoubleClick
(a bit too pricey for us), AdJuggler, and FuseAds. I'd
really like to hear some recommendations from the
professionals - any Internet search I've done turns up
dozens of choices, with no way to really evaluate the
differences. Thanks!
