In most cases, font size is determined by the browser
such as in Internet Explorer, click on View and then
Text Size.

You have to understand that a browser screen is not
like a piece of paper. Everyone has different screen
resolutions - 640 x 480, 800 x 600, 1024 x 768.... It
is difficult to design something that looks good in all
resolutions and monitor sizes.

What screen resolution are you running? What size
monitor are you using?
