I'm curious as to why you think a 15% response rate
is bad. Seems to me that's a really good response
rate, but it's really difficult to tell
without knowing the circumstances.

My other question relates to the Spam complaints you
received. Where did you get the list(s) that you sent
your messages to? Did those people opt-in to
your list? Did they give you permission to email them?
If so, you shouldn't have received that many spam
complaints. However, if your recipients did not
give you permission to email them, then it doesn't
matter what specific information you included "to
make sure that the email is not SPAM" it is spam.

I'd love to know more details about your campaign,
including getting a copy of the message that you sent
out.
