Font size is set by default in I/E and in Netscape, the
user is able to change the default typestyle and size.

Unfortunately, many web designers define web site
tables and type faces in strict pixel sizes rather than
by using the standards and percentages. As a result,
the >View>Text Size>Bigger - Littler, etc. option DOES
NOT work when a web user attempts to change the
size of text.

If a text size is defined as <.font size=2>, no matter how
large the user wants to make it, it will stay small. Web
designers using "size=1" in font descriptors do so to try
to cram too much text into too confined a space. They
are a pariah to the business and to their clients, no matter
how cool the site may look.
