Hispanic Internet Market

I have been subscribed to this list for a few months
now and have noticed that most subjects have been
related to the Market in general. Where can I find
information about a specific segment of the market,
i.e.. the Hispanic Market and Internet Advertising
in the Latino and Hispanic Market ? I have read much
about the demise of this segment, when it was
mainstream news, but now I can't seem to get any
information on the rebirth ? of resurgence of this
segment, if that will happen at all.
