Web site tracking tools

I would be interested in some feedback on what log
analysis or other tool marketers are using to
determine site traffic and other useful information.
Also, what tools work that can help determine ad
campaign effectiveness beyond the click? WebTrends
seems to own the market but has lots of limitations
and is expensive for sites like us over 5 MM page
views per month.
