I read about the Hispanic Internet Market and agree
that casinos/ porn seemed to work across cultures. I
operate an online vcd/dvd shop carrying Chinese and
Asian movies/tv series. I am still trying to find a
targeted media for advertising and, of course, there
is none of the affiliate networks which are ethnic
focused.

Does anybody have good info about targeting US Chinese
Internet market ?
