Actually, we took a friendlier tone and split the copyright issue
from the non-duplication issue. So the first page contains the
"unlawful to duplicate stuff". Another page is titled, "This is
your custom receipt" (or something like that.

I'd rather keep it non-threatening and leverage the value of a
personalized copy.
