What you're talking about are real Sales Leads. The
Lead Generation programs I've seen online will NOT
deliver those types of leads.

I've set up Lead Generation CPA and CPC deals and found
that what I needed to charge an advertiser looking for
the kind of leads you describe, was way north of what
they would pay and would require me to ramp staff and
resources beyond a level that made any sense.

The net is a great resource for direct prospecting for
the type of leads you described but not suitable (for
the most part) for an automated process. The target
audience is too small.
