One thing we have tested, is direct snail mail works much
better when sent to our customer list than sending strictly
email offers.

We send email for basic communication but send direct snail
mail with a pre-email (Hi Rob, we sent you something very
important in the mail yesterday. Be looking for the grey envelope)
and it pulls much better than just email promo's
