Ibill.com & Password/Billing Management

Has anyone had any experience (good or bad) with Ibill.com in general
and their Password Management and/or their Complete Subscription
services in particular?

Since we're having so many visitors complaining about pop-ups/unders on
our site and stating that they'd rather pay a fee than deal with all of
the ads, we figured we might as well explore this option (by allowing
visitors to pay a yearly subscription fee for a completely ad free site
with a few extras, while still maintaining the ad-supported site without
the extras).

I'm looking for a way to 1) password protect the new subscriber site, 2)
have usernames and passwords randomly generated, or automated so that
users can pick them, 3) have subscribers_ payments (credit card, check,
etc.) handled automatically and 4) have renewal notices automatically
generated and sent out.

Any info on the above company or others who handle such matters, as well
as the general idea (pitfalls, things to watch for, etc.) would be
greatly appreciated.
