When we launched (since folded) nightlynamedump.com, we used ibill.
It wasn't the easiest or friendliest system in the world, although
we never got user complaints. My biggest issue was the back end
stuff. Tracking, reporting and managing the data seemed cumbersome
at best. The worst problem, though, was trying to keep up with the
ever-changing passwords (every 30 days) and so on. The final straw
was when a password error occured and the only way ibill could/would
address the problem was by phone and fax. It took two weeks to
straighten out, and we were flying blind the whole time.
