Syndication of content

Greetings from a long time lurker.

I need some advice on content licensing and syndication.

A 'major player' in an industry near mine wants to build a
web site for its customers about the very topic my web site
is about. I was approached about licensing a bunch of my
existing content and about creating a full-text syndication
contract so they would have access to what I produce on a
go-forward. This is GREAT since I barely make anything on
advertising and the deal leaves my content and my web site
unaffected.

Does anyone have any experience in this area? I have no
idea how to structure a deal like this or what to charge.
