Paying for bandwidth

     Give me a break. You gotta be the only person in the whole world who
actually thinks this. The rest of your questions (about advertising becoming
illegal because it steals bandwidth) are kinda moot, because this will never
happen. As long as we have a a free market economy, no one will charge "per
mile" on the internet. A large percentage of the american public have become
very happy with unlimited internet usage, and they wouldn't allow this to
happen. I highly doubt if any company got enough of the marketplace to make
it happen, the SEC would allow it either.
