The first time I saw this post I ignored it.

This second time, I just can't, because the message annoys me. You're
going to a website. You're requesting content. You can't sue because
there's a popup window on the page; you requested the page. If you don't
like popup windows, simple solution (and no, it's not stealing content by
blocking ads): don't visit any ad-supported websites.

Have fun. There's not a whole lot out there for you.
