Need Turnkey e-Comm services

I have a client that manufacturers specialty luggage and has a small etailing
operation to supplement their brick n mortar distribution. They expect to do
max. $5 million on the site (currently in the $500K range). The site also
serves as community, customer service, product registration, links, etc. The
developer that built the site has disappeared and never did proper
documentation. The site has become problematic and needs replacement.
Thinking about an ASP model. I know there have been problems in the past
with ASP's flaming out. Any suggestions of good ASP with solid financials?
