Maybe an easier initial step might be for you to
simply sign-up for some good affiliate programs
that compliment the content on your site. If the
affiliate links you obtain are posted around
your site in an understated and professional
manner (e.g. incorporated into your content, in
narrow sidebars or footers, or presented as
`links to related information`), you might
actually make some money. And isn't that really
your goal anyway? Indeed affiliate links are
very much like corporate sponsorships when you
consider the affiliate approval process most
companies have in place today. Not to `toot our
