It is not copyright infringment to modify a document for your own use
(called fair use), as long as I do not distribute a new work based on
large parts of your page (fair use also allows me to use small parts as
in a review or overview, and to copy to a more sutable mediem such as
printing it out.). The permission that you are talking about is
granted to the ad-blocker when you install it, most ad-blocking software
has a way to exclude domains from the blocking.
