Thank you very much for your response.

I agree with you, that there is a no way only from a letter to find out
if the firms are professional or amateurish. And I also agree with you,
that your time is valuable to you and no one should steal it. The other
thing is that by sending not permitted emails we can destroy company
image, and I do not want to do that. We do have good relationships with
some American companies, however, my job is to find new leads, and
mainly we are looking in the direction of Europe.

I know about this online post-a-project-and-get-bids-on-it services
(e.g. elance etc), but I am not sure how much work and contacts we can
really get from there. It is a serious investment and I am still not
sure if we should use it right now. If someone knows something about it,
please, let me know.
