Business communiction with China

I would like to know if there is anybody out there
who can tell me something about the digital business
communication between the US and China.

At this moment we discuss network translation
modules between german and chinese - due to the
fact of the strong english speaking network I would like
to propose to do it also in english and may be spanish.

The idea is to put geographical data bases of the chinese
infrastructure with company data bases. Together this
information valuebale to decide were to increase business
engagements (beside Shanghai Guangzhou and Peking)
We do the same for the chinese side of the german economy in
chinese language...

I think we need to make a bench mark first what_s going on
in the internet right now. I am member of the German Sino
economy businessnetwork who started this idea:
