Just because they didn't complain, doesn't mean you didn't
aggravate or even anger them. I'd say 1 in 1000 probably take
the time to complain. I don't complain to all of them,
but I am very aware of what site(s) put them on me (or try).
The last time I got a pop-up box (Discover Card) that froze
my PC (which happens all the time when you manage 20
open Windows in a production environment)... I printed it,
cut my Discover Card in half, and sent it with a little
note to the CEO of Morgan Stanley.
