Affiliate network, which one ?

Hello,

One of my clients Perfumes.ca is considering to establish
an affiliate program. (NOTE:The company ships its goods to
Canada and United States only.)

The affiliate networks that I know of are :
1) LinkShare (around $10K to join)
2) beFree (what is the price ?, anyone ?)
3) CJ.com (around $5 to join)
4) webclients.net (price ?)

5) fineclicks.com
6) shareasale.com

Any others ?

Does anyone have experience with them ? If so could you
please let me know if the first 3 (which seem to be the
most established), do and can generate at least 5 sales
per day for my client?

Similar Advertisers are Perfumania.com(CJ),
FragranceNet(Linkshare), PerfumesAmerica(CJ), and others...

Also it would be appreciated if anyone has experience/case
studies with similar etailer advertisers.
