Shaheer, what type of communication did you have with the 100
people who signed up during the 3 months you were in
development? With that type of conversion, I'd guess little
to none.

You might have gotten more signups if every 3-4 weeks you
sent an email "progress report" to your prospective beta
testers. Also it would remind them how important their
opinions were, and how much you appreciate their
participation.

They may have forgotten they signed up 3 months ago!
