As said before you should either redirect the pages or leave them intact
for a while if possible so as not to lose traffic from the engines.

Several SE's (including google) do index querystrings. But best bet is
to set your URL's up to be "search engine friendly". At least submit the
main pages of the dynamic site to the engines. Here's an article that
