Purchasing email lists is a high risk business.
Check the ethics, lots of teenagers out there with
extractor pro software:-)

have you seen the ad 25 million email addresses, all
fresh all new for only 99.00.

best you avoid those:-) But there is another type
worth mentioning .

There are those that sell lists and can show you great
response results, little did you know they employ
'incentive" programs where their subscribers earn a
few cents to click on offers sent their way:-)

I also inquire if the list is a 'double opt-in type),
of course i can be told a lie, like anyone else,
but it is the safest type list one can rent or subscribe to.
It requires a two stage confirmation process before a
name is added and to me is truly the only type list
worthy of recognition these days. just my opinion and yes
it's a generalization, but for first time
buyers a good approach:-)
