Now seriously, you need to look at the demographics of
people who fill these positions. I would look at how
Microsoft advertises to higher management positions, I
would also ask Internet headhunters or recruiters
where they troll for clients.

The other idea may be to purchase an advertising list
from a magazine that may be indirectly targeting this
demographic.
