Ad brokers

Hi All,

Apologies in advance for the vagueness of my first email to this group.

I have a quick question:

Is there anybody out there who specialises in brokering ad sales and
sponsorships for individual sites/networks?
The majors' attitudes to 'high traffic, low CPM, CPC etc' is not suited to
the brand which we are developing, and we are more interested in sourcing
advertising ourselves. However, without setting up a sales force etc what
are our options?

p.s. we do have a 'fair' amount of traffic (4 million imps plus in our first
2 months)

Any help/info would be appreciated
