Quantitative web research

Does anybody know any report, case, tool or company
specialized on quantitative web research (through
e-mail or other) related to sucessful online campaigns?

We are thinking about two quantitatives researches
through e-mail made pre and post-campaign to watch
efficiency, brand awareness (in its category and out)
and so on. CTR and acquisition rates are good but we
need to go a little further.

Anybody has experience with this kind of brand awareness
research online? Offline agencies seems to do it constantly,
but onlines... I hope I am wrong!
