Link Popularity Software

Hi Everyone

I hope you can help. I am looking for a good link popularity software. One
that not only analyzes my external link, but internal links as well.

I am looking for something that will tell me what's wrong with my
links/popularity, allow me to examine what others think of my site and gives
me the information to help me re-think my linking strategy.

Anyone had any joy with such a software. Recommendations welcomed.
