I've heard for a program called Mail Washer http://www.mailwasher.net
I haven't tried it yet, but it has an option to send back to spammer a
message that your email don't exist. Then it is most likely that you
will be deleted from their email base.

Another, good option, to prevent getting unwanted emails is to see
your emails on the server before you download them. For example, The
Bat email client has an option Mail Dispatcher. When you want to get
your new emails first you see all of your messages which are on the
server. Then you choose which one you want to download. If I'm not
wrong, similar option is in Mail Washer, too.
