E2 has their limitations, but I believe the tracking is very good. They
have a lot of high-end clients. My old firm used to have the Canadian
rights for them and I had a chance to test it on a few campaigns.
Otherwise Mambonetcom has a cheaper cost version that does pretty much
the same thing.

A friend of mine developed Logiforms.com, it works well, but once you
pass a few thousand entries things slow down- I do not know what you are
looking for, but I know E2 and Mambobetcom are scalable. FindApps.com is
a great resource for marketing modules like this. I use it when I am
researching client's competition.
