Good spammers will filter out undeliverables, the problem is with the
person who is reselling the list...the next spammer they sell the list
to needs to do the same thing but the company that sold them the list
wants to impress them by selling 25 million email addresses than 3
million that work. The list reseller is where the problem lies- but
their firms are impossible to locate. I believe there should be laws
around who sold the list the spam came from and charge those firms $500
for every email on the disk or jail time. This should slow down
spamming. You can find these firms,,,they are still alive using fax
blasting to promote themselves and the odd email. Close down the dealers
and we can slow down the problem.
