"Press access" does not mean FREE (no pay $$) access.

What you describe as access is really the desire to get a freebie.
Please explain to the readers of O-A why you are "entitled" to a
press credential when you operate a business that is directly
competitive with that operated by internet.com.
Issuance of "press credentials" is a time tested method used by
public relations and communications managers to help get their
message out.
Real journalists and real publications interested in covering a
story are not put off by having to buy a ticket. In fact, many
editors might see this as a challenge to get the real story and
send in a reporter "under cover," complete with purchased
access. Don't forget, symposium sponsors have costs
associated with every chair that has to be set out.
Pessach, tell me, is your glass half full or half empty?
Stop whining about internet.com and buy a ticket if you
want to go to their event.
