Deciding on the right price

I was hoping to get some feedback on how I should decide upon a monthly
subscription price for my website?

It is a monthly HTML newsletter oriented subscription based website that
offers trading advice and guidance with 'hand made' charts and commentary.
It is sent out weekly and also monthly summaries, as well as intra weekly
commentary when appropriate.

How on earth do I decide on an appropriate monthly recurring subscription
price?

My thinking was to charge 21 per month, but then I though that might out
price too many people (college students etc.). But then if I start at 17 or
18, I may appear too cheap?

The most important factor is keeping people subscribed month after month and
I am currently thinking they would be less willing to do so if the price is
over 20.

Another very well known stock market technician, John Murphy charges about
16 or so for his monthly subscriptions. Whereas I am new to this field and
not a celebrity but still produce good quality work.

Thoughts or comments on how to come up with the right price? Would love to
hear some suggestions as well as actual price quotes!

Regards,
Thomas Carreno
