I am looking at marketing a new software program to consumers in the
home, school, small business arenas. Software is a completely new
animal for us, and the category for this software has quite a few
players, but no real big names. Obviously, one approach has been to
offer a trial version on-line. Can anyone recommend a site or provide
any data on the success of this type of effort? Would you recommend a
different approach to cutting through the clutter?
