The most important fact is... I pay by the minute for cellphone calls... So
they are wasting both my time and money. Now if they want to pick up the
cost of the call, I'd talk with them, otherwise, I have no use for them.

Presently I think its against the law in Canada and the United States.

Email SPAM is bad, but you can take the time to build up your filters to
kill off the trash... I have 85 filters that are blocking nearly 90% of my
spam. It took me two weeks to build the list of domains, common phrases,
and keywords to nuke. Pop-ups suck, I use Mozilla so I don't have to deal
with them.
