Come on!
In what way horrible? Exactly in what way are pop ups as a general format
horrible?

God i really hate when people just throw out sweeping populistic comments
like that. For the last year or so it's been sooooo right to say "Pop ups
are Evil". Back in 1995 it was sooo right to say "Advertising in general on
www is Evil".

Btw who should ban a format? ISOC? IAB? Some government? UN?

We've been working with those pesky "pop ups" for a long time now. We try
to stay on topic, let people opt out, use frequency control, close-buttons
do what they usually do... etc.

Guess what? If done right: a) people don't get annoyed and b) we drive
results for our customers.

You have to separate format from execution.

But hey! Thanks for getting me started today :-)

/Jonas
