General Opt In Lists

Hi,
I work with a nutrition company and am looking for
quality "bulk" opt-in email companies.
No not spam. But I have been reading about companies
who can offer more general opt in addresses for less
money. I think our products would work better to a
broader market space and keeping the cpm down would ad
to our margins. Most of these email lists companies
cpm's are too high for a small company like us to get
any volume..plus we really don't need all the specific
target areas...so why pay for it? Any help would be
appreciated.
