I'm not familiar with that particular service, but a quick look at the
first page of their site indicated that they submit manually. That makes
their service more plausible than the useless automated submission services.

Yahoo and many other of the search engines are now charging a fee for
placement. If the service does not add a submission fee for Yahoo, then
they are not actually submitting the site to Yahoo, but are getting into
Yahoo through Google.

Choosing an SEO professional is a buyer beware situation. There are a
few good directories of professionals you can trust, however. SEO
Consultants Directory {http://www.seoconsultants.com
<http://www.seoconsultants.com/statistics/index.asp> } and SEO Pros
{http://www.seopros.org} are a couple of good sources.
