Search Engine and B to B Marketing

Hi All,

I've been working with a B2B software company and have some bids in on
Overture and Google to try to drive traffic to their Web site.


Here's the thing; the market for this particular product is pretty
saturated, and the Overture bids are over $10/click. I can't justify this to
my client, and wondered if this is a standard roadblock and if I am being a
baby by complaining about a $10/click price tag

One other question about search engines and B2B... Most of my other B2B
clients who listed on Google/Overture received mainly inquiries from job
hunters. Do business people actually use search engines to find vendors?
