In my experience if a page is linked from another page previously indexed by
a search engine then the search engine spider will eventually index the new
page. If it's a popular site, less time will pass before the site is
revisted by the spider. I personally never submit anything, but the main
page of a site and let the spider do its job. If you can post the URL(s)
that are not being indexed and one or more that are from the same site one
of us can probably give you some better insight.
