Executing a free online Contest w prizes

My employer will be running an online entertainment site
that will feature a competition and we will be awarding
small prizes to winners. The site will be free to
register and play. No money will change hands.

We need to get our hands on some legal wording and or
guidelines etc.

We might be interested in the services of an attorney who
has some experience with this area of online activity.

Any leads or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
