Actually, you can find most non-profits online relatively easy. Here are
few places to look:

The Advertising Council -- http://www.adcouncil.org
Network for Good -- http://www.networkforgood.org/

While you did not give much detail as to why you are looking to contact
them, my only concern is that your client is seeking to reach organizations
electronically. I would recommend you carefully approach this as these are
non-profits. Meaning, their resources are stretched. Recent experience
demonstrated to me that most of the email is received by volunteers or
over-worked administrators. Therefore, electronic solicitation may not be
looked upon positively. Rather, I would contact them individually and
according to relevance. Perhaps try the old fashioned approach -- smile &
dial. post it. :)

I have a client who is trying to reach non-profit
organizations electronically. I am open to any
suggestions as it seems that these are hard to locate
using normal methods.
