It looks like you might want to contact some of your best
'customers' in the past and offer them a better deal than
1 month free just to bolster your listings at first. What
about 6 months free for these select companies plus a
benefit analysis each month? Show them just how many times
their pages were viewed and how many applications were
submitted (if you do that sort of service from your site.)
Or 10 job postings free, or 2 postings per month free +
discounted postings? I think you might be able to build on
your past relationship, but I've noticed from my own
experience that I am turned off by a free service switching
to a paid service without a really good argument for how
improved their service will be. I have to admit that 1 month
free wouldn't have impressed me either.
