Hello Marco. It doesn't mean that if someone see your ad in a spammer
email newsletter that you will get a bad reputation. People should
know that everyone can put whatever they want in their newsletter and
it doesn't mean that you have something with a spammer. Spammer is your
affiliate, but you don't pay spammer to advertise in his newsletter.

Let's assume that a certain spammer is an Amazon affiliate and he puts
Amazon ads in his spam newsletter. Does it mean that people will think
that Amazon is a spammer? Of course not! People know who is the spammer.

If you become aware of some spamer, delete his account. Also, you can
put a section on some visible place on the front page of your web site
called for example Black Hall of Fame or simply Spammers. There you
will put every spammer. This way people will see that you care about
spam.
