Pricing strategies

I take care of the marketing and promotion of all our company's Websites
Banner ad's links and both of our shop on line for our dealers. My question
is on our ads that we sell. We sell them buy 1000 views with a weekly
minimum charge. What is the going rate and percenteages of this type of
advertising? Our website's vary in the views so does the cost per
thousand. What is a good percentage of click throughs that a advertiser
can expect? I have had the complaint over and over that the price we charge
per views is higher than most internet advertisers. Looking to
find some answers to see how to handle marketing on our sites.
